CVS Caremark launched a more transparent pricing model that to help B2B clients avoid surprise costs when choosing a plan for their company. I led a creative team to create assets for this launch, tying the product back to the people it impacts most: those with prescription insurance.






 

ASEMBIA pharmaceutical Conference

Every year, pharmaceutical manufacturers and leaders in the health care industry meet to discuss new innovations, strategy, and insights. I led a team to create collatoral for this event, to build excitement and increase attendance for CVS Health talks.

 

BIOSIMILAR education

Biosimilars have recently launched as a more cost-effective version of expensive medication, but people are (rightfully) hesistant when it comes to switching their prescriptions. I created an educational campaign for both doctors and patients, to help everyone feel more comfortable about potentially making the switch.

CVS Caremark offers automatic refills, but not everyone signs up for it. To tap into why that is, I created three strategic messaging tactics to test — making it easier to refill medication, convenience of cancelling anytime, or focusing on health.

What would help people to remember to refill their medication on time? I developed and delivered three messaging tactics rooted in behavior change to find out. Would it be feeling like someone was watching you refill? A message from a trusted authority? Or the idea that others were doing better than you? Each message was sent to a test group to determine which one resulted in the highest refill rates.
